Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the preparation/packaging process begins, and cancellations will not be accepted.

• Returns: Due to the fragile and handmade nature of premium canvases, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind."

• Damages: If your painting arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the artwork. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
